Organizational Effectiveness through Collaborative Design
Make your vision a reality.
Make your vision a reality.
Make your vision a reality.
You are ready for positive change. You need a thought partner, a trusted advisor, an effective change maker to help you get from the place you are now to the place where you and your company want to be.
Glad to meet you.
You care deeply about people and are committed to creating inclusive experiences, sustainable business practices, and a workplace culture where people can thrive. Whether your organization is already living those values or working intentionally toward them, the goal is the same: building a healthy organization that is both effective and enduring.
Using an inclusive, human-centered design approach, I help organizations assess what is working, identify opportunities for growth, and develop practical strategies for evolution. Together, we create a clear plan and align people, priorities, and efforts to turn vision into action.
You and your team bring valuable insight, experience, and creativity to the table. When people are meaningfully included in the process, they are more engaged, more invested, and more committed to the outcome. A co-design approach strengthens both the quality of the work and the sustainability of the results.
Transformation requires both structure and imagination. My strengths include deep listening, guiding courageous conversations, and helping organizations chart a path toward meaningful change. By combining proven, research-informed methods with creativity and fresh thinking, I help clients move from intention to impact.
Let’s connect over a virtual coffee and explore what that could look like for your organization.

I am a strategy and organizational design consultant focused on helping social impact and behavioral healthcare organizations lead meaningful, systemic change. Drawing on more than 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare, mission-driven organizations, and entrepreneurship, as well as a background in psychology and human sciences, I bring both strategic insight and a deep understanding of human behavior to every engagement.
Successful change requires more than strong ideas. It depends on trust, inclusion, and the ability to align people around a common purpose. I build collaborative relationships that support transformation and help organizations move from vision to action with clarity and intention.
I work closely with clients to determine where my expertise can create the greatest impact for their organization. Engagements may address specific priorities, such as talent management or diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, or expand to enterprise-level organizational design.
Each engagement begins with a comprehensive consultation to identify strengths, opportunities, and strategic priorities. I then deliver a tailored report with a clear project roadmap, including timelines, milestones, budget considerations, and a proposed schedule. Every plan is customized to align with your organization’s goals, needs, and capacity.
My path has not been conventional nor linear, which contributes to my creativity and innovation.
My values are integrated throughout my work:
"Michelle has been an incredible gift to our organization! She came in and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a useful product at the end of our time together.
What we have, thanks to her, is a Strategic Plan that will shape the work we are doing over the next five years. Michelle is gracious, she's perceptive, and adept at gathering the disparate thoughts of a group to shape a collective vision. We highly recommend her work and are so grateful for her contributions.
Thank you, Michelle! "
